Happy 4th of July!

We played with Hadley before church on Sunday, July 4th. The Leggs came over later that afternoon for a cookout and some entertainment-- Hadley, of course.

We went swimming at the Palisades clubhouse, and luckily, no one was there. Hadley was definitely the main attraction.




She seems to really like the water. Tim splashed her and she just giggled!

Because Ben and I both tried to load these pics to facebook and because facebook is officially ridiculous, I decided to update the blog. There probably won't be another update until there is another blog worthy event, such as another visit with Hadley. She looks like such a big girl sitting alone by herself (for a couple of seconds).


Time to eat something yummy! This is Hadley's first successful attempt at eating apples. She caught on rather quickly. I think it is because she is smartest little girl in the world. Really. And, who wouldn't want to eat apple babyfood? Tim and I ate it until we were 6 (because it tastes so good, not because we had yet to graduate to real food).
